Dear Shoreline Church Family,
As you know, we are living in challenging times with the Covid-19 virus. We are not meeting at this time and we are following the guidelines specified by the civil authorities and suspend our Sunday morning worship services, Sunday School (adult and children), youth ministries, and small groups until further notice. It is our desire to show our love to our neighbors by doing all we can to help halt the infection which might harm them. We will re-evaluate when the situation changes. None of us know how long this might last.
While we will truly miss the weekly get togethers, which help foster the fellowship of Christ, we do plan on providing a weekly message and service that you can watch online. Our goal is that they be uploaded and available by Sunday afternoon. Our elders will also be in contact with all of you to determine how you are doing, and how we might be able to help you.
This situation will pass, and church and life will get back to normal. None of this caught God by surprise, nor does it indicate that He is not in complete control. Our job in this situation is to look to Him, trust in Him, pray to Him for our neighbors, our country, and our world who are facing fears they don’t know how to handle. Reach out to each other, call each other, text each other, and pray for each other. Thank you,
